Program Overview
WILS — a complete industry experience
For 30 days, participants work inside a real wedding-business environment: classrooms become Studios, assignments become Client Deliverables, teams become Wedding Companies. Every mission mirrors real industry language and culture, from client briefs and budgets to vendors and production, building genuine competence and confidence.
The WILS Learning Model
WILS structures all 30 days as professional Missions, each built around one competency, one challenge and one client deliverable, through Executive Learning Sessions, Design Studios, Living Client Portfolios, Masterclasses, Role-Plays, War Rooms, Client Pitches, Industry Visits and Crisis Simulations.
The Wedding Lab
At the heart of the program is The Wedding Lab, one continuous project spanning all 30 days. On Day 1, participants form a Wedding Company and receive a Living Client Portfolio based on a real brief. Over the following missions they build every part of that wedding: Consultation, Concept, budgeting, venue, décor, layouts, vendors, branding, hospitality, entertainment, logistics, contracts, production, AI-generated assets and crisis plans. By graduation, every participant presents a complete professional wedding portfolio covering the full planning lifecycle.
Founder's Mastermind
Learning is built around signature formats designed to be practical and memorable: Wedding War Room (live problem-solving), CEO for a Day (leading a Wedding Company), Reflection Circle (peer and mentor feedback), Reverse Wedding Lab (planning backward from a live event), Wedding Detective (spotting gaps in real briefs), Luxury Experience Lab (styling for high-end clients), Silent Wedding Challenge, Blind Venue Planning, AI Design Sprint, Signature Style Lab and a Luxury Etiquette Bootcamp. In the 24-Hour Wedding Hackathon, Wedding Companies build a complete wedding solution in a day, judged by The Wedding Jury of industry experts.
Learning Beyond the Campus
Participants also gain exposure through hotel and venue inspections and luxury hospitality visits, seeing first-hand how wedding departments and partners work together.
A Professional Business-School Culture
Each day runs like a real wedding company: Executive Arrival, industry Briefing, Learning Session, Design Lab, Client Room, Studio time, Networking Lunch, War Room, Role-Play and Reflection Circle. Participants rotate responsibilities within their Wedding Company, building leadership, teamwork and accountability throughout.
Competency-Based Assessment
Progress is measured through practical performance, not written exams: client pitches, concept boards, budgets, vendor negotiations, communication, leadership, execution simulations, etiquette, portfolio reviews, the Hackathon and the Wedding Shark Tank. The focus is real-world application.
The Grand Finale
The program closes with a Graduation Portfolio Showcase, where Wedding Companies defend their concepts, budgets and decisions before an industry jury of wedding, venue and hotel leaders. The finale includes a Portfolio Exhibition, the Wedding Shark Tank, networking, awards and the Founder's Address, with recognitions like Best Wedding Planner and Best Wedding Company.
Every Student Graduates
With a complete wedding-planning portfolio, practical lifecycle experience, client-presentation and vendor-management skills, crisis-management experience, professional confidence, a clear career direction, a planner's toolkit, and entry into the Alumni Network.
Career Services
Graduates also access Career Services: internships, placements, entrepreneurship support, interview prep, personal branding, networking and business-launch guidance.
